"Groupon" offer clients:
1. Must never have held a full driving licence in Northern Ireland or any other country.
2. Must not have had more than 10 hours of instruction with a driving instructor.
3. Must not currently be taking lessons with any other driving instructor.
4. Must understand that these lessons are for beginners and not experienced learners.
5. Accept that only one voucher in total may be used by any one learner.
6. Must be prepared to be assessed by one of our driving instructors.
7. Accept that the contract is not with Driving Lessons NI, nor any of the driving schools in the group, contract is strictly between the instructor and the client.
8. Understand that vouchers are strictly non-transferrable.
9. Must be at least 17 years old with a current Northern Ireland driving licence (both parts) and meet current eyesight and health requirements.
10. Accept that vouchers are valid for six months from day of offer, lessons must be booked within two months of offer or vouchers become invalid.
11. All instructors operate individual strict cancellation policies, clients must accept this before booking and committing to an appointment.
